Today I officially announce that I have resumed the writing project on Alexander the Great that I had started in March. I had started writing in one go, convinced that I didn’t need much planning because I know what I want to write about. Big mistake. I thought I would write everything in a certain way, with certain characteristics to give it the characteristics to fit the editorial line of a publishing house. Then I stopped and I thought that by doing so I wouldn’t feel that project was mine, so I took some time to reflect and I decided that I will do everything according to my own time. As my heart dictates. I will share my thoughts about this new writing adventure!
In the next few days (hoping they won’t become weeks) I’ll start to outline everything well, taking all the necessary notes and then I’ll move on to writing. I haven’t decided on the format of the book yet but I already have clearer ideas about the title, cover and part of the back cover! I am excited and also scared to let you read something about Alexander but I want to test myself with this topic that I love so much!
I don’t think I’ll post updates here on the site but every Monday night I’ll post a #WritingUpdate on social media! Keep following me to stay updated and fingers crossed because I’ll put all of myself and my passion into this project.
